Michael
Grimm
.
Hailing
from the back roads of Mississippi, Michael Grimm's
whole life has been spent singing and writing songs. He
was inspired by his grandmother when she would play
piano and sing Baptist hymns, just the way her mama
taught her. At the age of twelve, Michael got his first
gig playing at a local bar. Soon, he was playing every
week. He was even kicked out of a private school for
doing so, but Michael kept pursuing his dream. Later, at
the age of fifteen, he picked up the guitar and

started
writing songs. At the same time, he was signing
his first record deal.

At the age of seventeen, Michael had his first #1 hit, "John
Wayne And Jesus." The very next year, at the age of
eighteen, Michael Grimm won the 1997 CCMA Star Of
Tomorrow Award, for the most outstanding votes. (It was
the first year the CCMA had ever given the award.)

Michael is currently negotiating with Sanctuary Records,
headquartered in London. He'll be releasing his new CD
soon. |
