Contino’s musical style is described as
“acoustic blues with a touch of Zydeco.”
The son of accordionist Dick Contino and actress / singer Leigh
Snowden, he listens to his father’s music and Tom Waits, Rickie Lee
Jones, and Jimi Hendrix, and is currently playing the best nightclubs
in Las Vegas
and Southern California.
On his new CD, Pete has taken obscure singles
and given them a stripped-down “back porch
feel.” Enjoy this bluesy, happy, party-monster musical
